Shaggy Texturized Bowl Cut with Jagged Edges

Setup Method

Reinvent the classic bowl shape by establishing a high perimeter baseline that curves smoothly above the ears and across the mid-forehead. Instead of cutting a straight edge, hold shears vertically and snip deeply into the perimeter to create a deliberately jagged, choppy outline around the entire head. Add internal shaggy layers through the crown section by lifting strands straight up and cutting at varying short lengths to generate natural lift. Keep the lower nape closely trimmed to balance the fuller, textured top structure. To maintain this shaggy aesthetic, simply towel-dry damp hair, mist lightly with a leave-in conditioner, and shake out the layers with fingers for an effortless, casual look.
