Constructing a multi-tiered wooden dowel rack offers an organized solution for managing rolls of ribbon, decorative tape, and wrapping twine. Cut two vertical side supports from one-inch by three-inch pine boards, drilling five evenly spaced half-inch holes along the interior face of each board. Insert removable wooden dowels through the holes, allowing them to span across a twenty-inch wooden backing board. Mount the completed wooden rack directly onto a wall or inside a closet door using flush-mount brackets and spirit levels. Slide rolls of ribbon onto the dowels before setting them into place, ensuring the loose ends pull smoothly downward. This organized dispenser prevents tangled spools, speeds up gift-wrapping tasks, and provides a clean visual display of colors.
