Setup Method
The textured pin-curl pixie transforms dense, stubborn hair into a cluster of sculpted vintage ringlets and waves across the top crown. Section wet hair into small one-inch square panels across the upper head, leaving the nape tapered short with haircutting shears. Apply setting gel to each top section, winding the hair flat against the scalp into circular pin curls, securing each flat curl with a double-prong clip. Direct all pin curls to lay in alternating directions to form a natural wave matrix when opened. Dry hair under a bonnet dryer. Remove all clips and brush the pin curls out using a wide-toothed comb, creating an airy, dense field of classic waves filled with natural bounce.
