Tiered Industrial Pipe Station
Execution Process
An industrial pipe coffee bar blends rugged metal hardware with warm timber surfaces to create a strong, durable furniture piece. Measure and cut three matching solid oak or walnut boards, finishing them with a rich dark stain and moisture-resistant sealer. Purchase threaded black iron pipes, floor flanges, elbow joints, and T-connectors from a local hardware store, cleaning off factory grease with detergent water. Assemble the bottom pipe frame by screwing flanges into the base board, establishing a firm four-legged foundation for the secondary shelf layers. Thread vertical pipe connectors upward through pre-drilled corner holes on the middle shelf, securing each junction tightly with threaded fittings. Anchor the top shelf to the upper pipe assembly, using wall-mount flanges near the top rear to lock the unit against the wall securely. This heavy-duty structure easily supports heavy espresso machines while offering open lower shelves for stacked dishware, glass jars, and woven storage baskets.
