Idea 10: Tucked Low Garland Roll
How to Make
The tucked low garland roll builds a broad horizontal roll across the nape, providing an ideal base for attaching fresh flower garlands or traditional decorative pins. Place a thin, comfortable elastic headband over the top of your head, positioning the front band across the forehead or hairline and the back band low across the nape. Isolate a two-inch section of hair near the left ear, loop it upward over the back headband, and pull it down behind the band. Continue taking adjacent sections of hair across the entire lower head, looping each repeatedly over the band until all hair is fully wrapped around the elastic core. Smooth the continuous horizontal roll with your fingers, inserting vertical hairpins through the underside to secure the roll firmly against the base of the head.
