Execution Process
Designing a sleek, minimalist ghost jar utilizes frosted glass painting techniques to achieve a soft, diffused interior light. In a well-ventilated outdoor workspace, spray the exterior of a clean mason jar with two thin coats of translucent frosted glass finish spray, holding the can twelve inches away to prevent drips. Once the frosted coating cures into a smooth, matte finish, draw two oval eyes and an elongated oval mouth onto the front face using a black permanent marker or matte vinyl cutouts. Ensure the facial features are placed centrally on the jar body to maintain balanced visual proportions. The frosted coating softens the direct glare of an interior LED light source, emitting an ethereal, milky-white glow that illuminates the dark graphic face without harsh shadows.
