Create a sleek, dramatic pageboy contour on a short chin-length bob by parting hair deeply on one side and smoothing top layers flat. Curl the lower perimeter ends of the entire hair section inward toward the neck using a large-barrel curling wand to create a continuous, rolled-under base edge.
